I am currently based in Enterprise, AL. I do offer to have session outside of my area if discussed. For sessions outside the area there will be additional travel fees. Included with the session is a 25 minute or 15mile drive one way from me. Travel fee is 0.67$ per mile.

Turn around time for your session can be up to eight business days (MO-FR). Subject to change with increased workload during busier seasons (please check before booking or review in your contract).

If there is any weather disruption that wasn't planned for, you can choose to reschedule for another date within 4 weeks at no cost or go ahead with the session and we can find covered spots or use the weather to our advantage and create magical moments.
There will be no free reshoots.

"Splash" refers to a milk bath which is an included option you can add on before/after the cake smash part for some fun photos.

By reaching out to me either via social media or my website we can get you booked. After talking about details I will send out the contract and information for the retainer. Only with a signed contract and the retainer payment your spot is saved, please keep that in mind. I cannot hold dates without these requirements.

Seasonal mini sessions are only held on one day, so unfortunately if the appointment is missed or can't be attended the session won't be rescheduled. Due to the nature of the session the retainer is non refundable.

Each package comes with a set amount of digital edits you will receive. You will be able to access the proof gallery with all RAW images to choose from, including a few edited examples so you know what It will look like.
Here as a side note, RAW images will not be sent out.

If you are unable to attend the scheduled session then you are able to reschedule within 4 weeks of your original date. The retainer is non refundable and will not be refunded in case of cancelation.
For rescheduling or a cancelation it has to be at least 48 hours before the planned session.

Yes, in the contract there is a clause that says I am allowed to share the photos. However if you would prefer that didn't share them, then there is a small surcharge to the original price as the session pricing is at the discounted rate of me being able to use the photos.

The contract and retainer payment are due within 72 hours of me sending it out. However due to the nature of special mini sessions (such as seasonal minis) those are due at time of booking to save the spot, otherwise the spot is still open.
After the 72 hours are passed the date reopens again.

The gallery stays available to download for 14 days after the first upload. If you like to extend it, please inform me ahead of time. After the 14 days there is no guarantee that I will still have all the photos.

It definitely happens, so no worries. However if it's over 5 minutes it will be deducted from the session time. If it is over 20 minutes it is considered a no-show and the session is canceled.
